UPS
If you have missed your UPS delivery your online tracking will let you know if it’s been taken to an Access Point, the Access Point address and opening hours.
You will need to take ID when picking up the parcel, for further information please follow the directions detailed on your local UPS website under: ‘What are the identificatino requirements for picking up a package from a UPS Access Point Location’
USPS
Your USPS delivery person will leave a note to let you know where you can collect your parcel from or reschedule a delivery. You are advised to take two proof of ID and address. Please refer to USPS for actual requirements.
NON COLLECTION OF PARCEL
If your parcel is not collected within the carriers predetermined amount of time, it will be returned to us.

Our little team observes the following holidays and no order will be processed on those days and they will not count as business days:
