Pre-order Information
Parcel running late

We’re sorry to hear that your order is either late or is running late, we understand how frustrating that can be. All orders are sent via UPS or USPS who consistently strive to deliver your parcel on time. The tracking and timescales they provide gives the latest insight into your delivery.

On occasion there may be circumstances beyond our control and also UPS & USPS’s control such as the weather, industrial action or other factors which may mean your order will be delayed. If we are aware of any issues ahead of time we’ll be in contact via email and we’ll also list any delivery issues, and timescales for delivery, here on the website. We thank you for your patience.

Please be aware, we have access to the same tracking information as you and therefore cannot give any greater insite or influence your delivery date.

Our little team observes the following holidays and no order will be processed on those days and they will not count as business days:

New Year’s Day; Valentine’s Day; Groundhog Day (February 2nd); 8th April; Good Friday; Easter Monday; 2nd May; Memorial Day; 8th & 14th June; 4th July; Labour Day; Thanksgiving; Black Friday; Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; December 26th; New Year’s Eve.
